Funerals held for teens killed in fire

Family and friends gathered Saturday for the funerals of two teens who died in a Whitby house fire.

Three people died in the fire on Dundas Street West, near Cochrane Street, on April 29.

Visitations were held Friday afternoon for 18-year-old Holly Harrison and 17-year-old Hollylynn Towie, as well for a third victim, 19-year-old Ben Twiddy.

Twiddy was laid to rest soon after in Oshawa.

Funerals for both Harrison and Towie took place Saturday.
