Hamilton officers charged

Hearings were held Thursday for three Hamilton police officers facing police services act charges.

The charges include misconduct, insubordination, deceit and neglect.

Constable Mason Murphy is facing five charges and veteran Hamilton police Sergeant Robert Mayea is facing two charges.

Both have another hearing March 9th.

The third officer, Constable Douglas Sephton faces 15 PSA charges.

He’s been suspended with pay since September 22nd.
