The man convicted of murder through h-i-v transmission has now been declared a dangerous offender.

The ruling at the John Sopinka Courthouse in Hamilton this morning means Johnson Aziga can now be jailed indefinitely.

The father of three was convicted in 2009 of 10 counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of attempted aggravated sexual assault.

Two of the seven women who became infected after having sex with Aziga later died of AIDS-related cancers.

Reports say that Aziga plans to renounce his Canadian citizenship.
