Wills: ‘I needed some time’

A former Hamilton Police inspector convicted of stealing almost $60,000 thousand of drug bust money was back in court Tuesday.

Rick Wills faced a judge for breaching the conditions of his 18 month house arrest. And as Cristina Tenaglia reports, the former cop blames his mistakes on the fact that he ‘just needed a break.’
