Deal closes Dhinsa sexual harassment case

A group of women that accused Hamilton police sergeant Kevin Dhinsa of sexual harassment has settled its long-running human rights complaint and lawsuit.

But questions remain about the police force — and whether its approach to sexual harassment has really changed.
