Some people living in Hamilton’s Aboriginal social-housing units say conditions are deplorable and that their appeals for help are being ignored. They’re also angry that the board that was supposed to be overseeing their homes was dissolved by city hall last week.

Isabelle Raghem takes us inside one of those homes and talks to the resident.
