WATCH LIVE: PM Justin Trudeau to speak on COVID-19 situation at 11:15 a.m.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will address Canadians on the COVID-19 situation Tuesday.

His comments will be followed questions from the media.

Trudeau will be speaking from Rideau Cottage.

The update is expected to begin at 11:15 a.m.
