Video of Hamilton police making violent arrest released: Warning graphic content

WARNING: GRAPHIC VIDEO & CONTENT 

Disturbing video of the arrest of Patrick Tomchuk has been released, after judicial approval to access the video was granted on Friday.

Indigenous community members have been calling for the video showing Hamilton police making a violent arrest to be made public.

Family has confirmed to CHCH News that Tomchuk has now been released on bail, after delays following Wednesday’s court date.
