Vaccinated seniors at long-term care residents still not allowed to leave their homes

Even though the majority of long-term care residents are fully vaccinated they are still not allowed to leave their homes. An advocacy group representing residents says it’s illegal and unfair. Manesa Dhananbalan reports.
