VIDEO: The United States and Ukraine have reached a political agreement, granting Ukraine the licence to produce Patriot interceptor missiles. This is something Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has been asking of Trump for a while now. It comes as NATO countries and allies wrap up a summit in Ankara, Turkey, at which 70 billion euros were committed for Ukraine’s defence procurements. Emily Hwang reports on what that means for the Russia-Ukraine war, and the door it opens for NATO allies.
