Toronto police investigate second shooting this year at U.S. consulate

Investigators in Toronto are tasked to get to the bottom of another brazen attack at the U.S. consulate building in the city. Early Monday morning, Toronto police say they were involved in a brief high-speed chase with a suspect vehicle after an area officer heard a gunshot at the American-based facility on University Avenue. The incident marks the second time the building was targeted this year and area police believe the city is seeing a network of hired guns in numerous investigations.
