NASA’s Artemis II launched successfully in historic moon mission

VIDEO: NASA’s Artemis program has taken a huge step towards returning astronauts to the moon. The rocket carrying four crew members launched successfully Wednesday evening after a brief delay, setting in motion a new era of space exploration. Despite some technical issues that created a sense of worry ahead of the planned liftoff time, Artemis II launched it’s 10-day mission. The journey will allow the astronauts to test the Orion spacecraft, including its life-support, for future missions that see humans step foot on the moon.
