Canada increases Ebola travel restrictions with FIFA World Cup around the corner

VIDEO: With the FIFA World Cup just around the corner, the Canadian government says it’s following the lead of it’s neighbours in trying to stop a potential Ebola outbreak. Last week immigration officials say they suspended travel applications from citizens coming from the Republic of the Congo, Uganda and South Sudan. Authorities in those regions have confirmed at least 282 cases, while a thousand more are suspected to carry the new strain.
