Salons, barber shops, malls and personal care services prepare to reopen for the first time in months

In a matter of hours, Ontario will enter step two of its reopening plan. You’ll be able to book a hair appointment, go to a mall, or host larger outdoor and indoor gatherings. Gyms are feeling left behind.
