Remembering Devan Selvey one year after he was killed outside his high school

A year ago today, the life of 14-year-old Devan Selvey came to a violent end, when he was stabbed to death outside his high school in Hamilton’s east end.

Tonight, a vigil was held in his honour at Sir Winston Churchill. Jason Gaidola reports.
