Danielle de Graauw
Video Journalist
Danielle de Graauw grew up in Toronto and Pickering, Ontario. She graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa and Mohawk College in Hamilton. She has worked across Canada for CBC North in British Columbia, CTV Regina, The Score.com, Global TV Peterborough, WTSN and Cable 14 in Hamilton. Now, she is a video journalist for CHCH News, with a passion for sports and weather reporting.
Danielle was the director of the Stoney Creek Women’s Hockey League. She received a Hockey Hall of Fame nomination for her efforts through the ESSO Local Hockey Leaders Program.
When she’s not working, Danielle is an assistant coach with the Senior Tackle Football Program at St. Jean de Brébeuf Catholic Secondary School in Hamilton. She is also a certified amateur tackle football official in Ontario.
