Ottawa announces $40 billion Indigenous child welfare settlement

It’s the largest financial settlement of any kind in Canadian history. Forty-billion dollars to compensate first nations children harmed by an underfunded child welfare system, and to initiate long-term reforms. Matt Ingram reports.
