Ontario to introduce legislation to make it easier for immigrants to get licensed to work in their professions

The Ontario government says the province is short about 100-thousand workers in key skill trade areas. The Minister of Labour says new legislation would make it easier for internationally trained immigrants to work in their field of expertise. Phil Perkins reports.
