Oakville man facing sex charges involving child, police believe there may be more victims

Halton police have arrested a 41-year-old man in connection with a child and sexual assault investigation.

Donovan Friesen, of Oakville, was arrested on Saturday. He faces one count each of invitation to sexual touching and indecent exposure to a person under 16.

Police say the victim in the assault was a young girl and investigators believe there may be more victims.

Friesen has several online profiles on social media platforms and goes by the names of “don987654” and “hannahk975.”

Halton police say he also has ties to the Oakville Girls Softball Association (OGSA) where he spent time as a coach and manager.
