Niagara’s medical officer of health under fire for implementing strict rules for restaurants

The medical officer of health in Niagara, Dr. Mustafa Hirji has come under fire for implementing strict rules for restaurants, that say only people in the same household can dine together.

Restaurant owners and workers have attacked the doctor on social media, and have even given out his cell phone number.
