New students move into Brock University

Move-in day across the school’s eight residences kicked off with carloads of gear from home being unpacked into temporary new digs.

A team of student volunteers were on hand to welcome the new students and make their transition into post-secondary as smooth as possible. and for many, the day was bittersweet.

Brock released a statement for move-in day, saying in part, “We’re very happy and delighted because this is when the academic year really gets started. It’s exciting and the energy of the students is great.”
