Toronto Rock honours the origins of lacrosse in Indigenous Heritage Night game

In honour of the Toronto Rock‘s first ever Indigenous Heritage Night- which is tomorrow at FirstOntario Centre, Tim Bolen visited Henhawk Stick Making which continues to handmake traditional wood sticks for Six Nations.

He chatted about the current state of lacrosse with First Nations and why it is so important.

The game goes down tomorrow again the Thunderbirds, and there is a charity auction going on until Tuesday night at 8pm, where you can bid on a game worn helmet, jersey and shorts. All proceeds will benefit Smilezone Foundation
