Parenting expert Michelle McVittie, aka Mom the Manager, joined us this morning with some tips to make back-to-school mornings easier for both parents and children.

Back to school and the change in routine could bring a lot of extra stress and anxiety. Adding some structure to our day-to-day can help ease stress and make things easier for everyone. Also, talking to your child about what is causing them anxiety or big emotions will help you understand what they might need to make them more comfortable.
