
Three St. Patrick’s Day inspired recipes

Let’s head to the kitchen to see what our friend Chef D is cooking up for St. Patrick’s Day.
Skillet Braised Cabbage and Corned Beef
Begin by putting around three table spoons of clarified butter in a skillet. Next, mix chopped garlic with chopped cabbage. Add cabbage to skillet and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add corned beef into the skillet with the cabbage. Cook for around 10 minutes and serve.
Ham and Cheese Stuffed Potatoes
Cut potatoes in half and bake until slightly soft. Hollow out potato halves. In a bowl, mix together red wine cheddar, sour cream and cream cheese. Add diced ham to cheese and mix thoroughly. Fill potatoes with ham and cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, then turn on the broiler for the last two minutes of baking, remove from oven then serve.
Irish Coffee
Add your whiskey of choice and Kahlua to black coffee to taste.
