The Starlight Childrens Foundation has its big Tea and Tiara celebration on Saturday at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto. It is a fundraiser, but with a high fashion flair this year. To tell us all about it are program coordinator Suzanne Raheb and Giacomo who is a 2 year member of this great program.
