Taste the Flavours of Niagara at over 20 restaurants around the city, and “experience a special night with our final two guest chefs, Ari Schor at Fat Rabbit on March 20th, and Chef Darian Bryan on March 21st at Tide & Vine.

Emily Vukovic was at Fat Rabbit which is a whole animal butcher shop and restaurant. They source their meat from ethically sourced small Ontario farms, which they sell, or cook up for you in their restaurant. Is it “a butcher shop inside of a restaurant? Or a restaurant inside of a butcher shop?” You decide.

She also visited Tide & Vine which is a restaurant and fish market serving up and selling the freshest seafood from across the country.
