HAPPENING NOW:
RMHC South Central Ontario offers the comforts of home to families staying there

Emily Vukovic toured the Ronald McDonald House Charities South Central Ontario, which is a home away from home for sick children and their families.
The house, located on Main St. in Hamilton is the only one of the 13 locations in the province to have chefs that provide breakfast and dinner options to the families staying there. During COVID when families had to eat in their rooms, they took the opportunity to renovate the dining room to provide a beautiful space for families to now gather.
The RMHC also provide opportunities for people or corporations to Adopt a Meal, which allows people staying there to enjoy a home-cooked meal sponsored by you. Or there is a Mission Experience, where companies can go in and cook the meals, while also getting a tour of the house.
After the tour of the house, Emily also got to meet a family staying at RMHC, and hear about how much the space means to them.
