Research study out of McMaster University seeks to understand Social Work Leadership in Canada
A research study at McMaster University is trying to get a better understanding of social work leadership. The study’s principal investigator, Tara La Rose joined us with more on the study that builds off Karen Hills research from 1983/84 when she collected of the oral histories of 56 retired social workers across Canada, many of whom had been pioneers as the profession developed.
