This time of year is known for its scares and screams but a growing trend is making Halloween more cute than creepy. While Canadian numbers aren’t available, Americans will spend an estimated $330-million a year dressing up their pets this year. And as Melissa Raftis found out, the fad has pet owners here opening their wallets to dress up their furry friends.
