Meters not so smart

The smart meters that measure home energy consumption may not be as smart as you think.

A report Wednesday says the system that reads ‘time of use’ electricity consumption is inaccurately charging about 150,000 people in Ontario. Cristina Tenaglia looked into whether customers are paying too much, or too little.
