Looking Sharp

The kitchen knife is one of most if the most important tools when putting a meal together. Tim Bolen is  not alone in neglecting his knives and trying to cut up my veggies or meat with a dull blade, so he got some help from Gage Corlett at Sharpe Knife Shop on James St. South.
