Learning the rules of lacrosse with the Toronto Rock

The Toronto Rock lacrosse team is moving to FirstOntario Centre for its home games this year. The first game will be played Saturday December 4th vs the Albany Firewolves.

Before the season starts, Tim Bolen hit the turf with members of the team to learn the rules of lacrosse and test out his skills in net.
