Hess Village’s newest pizzeria serving up pizza in record time

Emily Vukovic was at Pizzeria Bros.
Started in Montreal in 2016, Pizzeria Bros. makes thin crust pizza in under four minutes, with homemade dough and sauces. The pizza is cooked in electric ovens for 1:30, delivering delicious pizza that tastes like it was cooked in a wood-fired oven.
Julie Boyer and Mike Willis liked the concept so much that they opened a franchise in Hess Village in July.
When Emily was there she learned how to make their pizzas and sandwiches, that they serve along with appetizers, salads and desserts.
