Hamilton’s gluten-free taco spot The Mule, now has 4 other locations across Ontario

Tim Bolen was talkin’ tacos on this fine Thursday morning. No matter the day or time it is never a bad time to have tacos and it’s even better if chef Matt Kershaw is the one making them.

The Mule is a gluten-free taco and tequila bar that has been open in Hamilton since 2015, and since then they have grown. There is now a Mule location in Port Dover, London, Cambridge and Burlington, which is called Burro.
