Hamilton Jewish Federation holding vigil Tuesday evening

The Hamilton Jewish Federation is holding a vigil Tuesday evening after 11 people were killed at a Pittsburgh synagogue on Saturday.
Organizers hope leaders and members from faith groups across the city will join them Tuesday at 7 p.m., at the Temple Anshe Sholom in west Hamilton.
Premier Doug Ford joined hundreds of mourners Monday night at a community vigil in Toronto’s Mel Lastman’s square.
Members of the Jewish community at that vigil sang traditional songs and later stood for a moment of silence.
