Guelph native William Seifried remembers storming Normandy ‘like it was yesterday’

William Seifried was one of the many allied soldiers who stormed Normandy on June 6, 1944. The 99-year-old remembers the day of the invasion like it was yesterday. The Guelph native sat down with CHCH’s Emily Tayler to share his story about that important day and what it was like to be back 80 years later.
