There is groundbreaking research on eye health happening in Hamilton. It’s aimed at fighting two of Canada’s leading causes of blindness. Dr. Varun Chaudhary, chief of Ophthalmology at St. Joseph’s Healthcare, talked about the work taking place at the Thomas Kevill Advanced Vitreoretinal Imaging (AVI) Lab, located at St. Joe’s King Campus.
