Forty Creek Distillery Easy Summer Cocktails
1. Forty Forty Iced Coffee
2 oz Forty Creek Cream Whisky
1 oz Forty Creek Barrel Select
4 oz Strong Iced Coffee
Shake in a shaker & pour over ice
Equipment: Tall Glass, Shaker, Straw, Ice

2. Forty Creek Creaky Caesar
2 oz Forty Creek Whisky
2 oz Motts Clamato Juice
2 oz Tomato Juice
1 Dash Tabasco
1 Dash Worcestershire
1/2 oz Italian Dressing
Montreal Steak Spice
Celery Salt
Rim a hurricane glass with jam about a 1/2 inch rim. Dip the glass in a 50/50 mixture of Montreal steak spice and celery salt. Fill the glass half with ice. In a separate glass, add hot sauce, Worcestershire and salad dressing. Top with Forty Creek, clamato and tomato juice. Gently pour this into the rimmed glass and garnish with a skewer of your choice.
Garnish ideas include: shrimp, cheddar cheese, hot pepper, BBQ sausage, dill pickle, celery stalk, cucumber, cherry tomato, lime slice

3. Oh Canada Maple Whisky Shake (Blender Drink)
4 oz Oh Canada Maple Whisky Liqueur (distillery store exclusive)
4 oz Prince Igor Vodka
4 scoops (or more) vanilla ice cream
Pulse until smooth. If needed, add water to reach desired consistency.
Equipment: Blender, rocks glass

4. Frozen Fire Lemonade (Blender Drink)
8 oz Dragonheart
1 can cranberry cocktail concentrate
1 can lemonade concentrate
Pulse until smooth. If needed, add a small amount of water to reach desired consistency.
Equipment: Blender, rocks glass

5. Harry’s Sunset
1.5 oz Harry’s Hurricane
½ oz Peach Schnapps
2 oz Orange Juice
Splash of grenadine
1 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Lemon-Lime Soda
This recipe can be made at 4 or 5 times the ratio to make a great punch for entertaining.
Equipment: Hurricane Glass, ice

6. Hot Banana
2 oz Forty Creek Cream
1 oz Banana Liqueur
4 oz Hot Chocolate
Combine ingredients in a mug and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
