Fish oil study
A new study is questioning the heart health benefits of fish oil.
Fish oil is a very popular dietary supplement as Omega-3.
But there is conflicting evidence that it helps prevent cardiovascular problems.
Researchers in South Korea analyzed data from twenty-thousand patients who took fish oil for at least a year.
They found the supplements did not reduce the risk of suffering another heart attack or stroke.
There was also no indication that taking fish oil was harmful.
