Eris Baker talks final season of ‘This Is Us’

The Pearson’s emotional journey is coming to an end. After six seasons, the Pearson’s will say goodbye at the end of May. To talk about the final season of ‘This Is Us’, we were joined by Eris Baker, who plays Tess Pearson.

Baker says This Is Us is special because she grew up on the show. She began the show when she was 10, now she is 16-years-old.

She says some of her favourite memories being on the show was the Thanksgiving Day episodes because the whole cast is together.

In season three, Baker’s character came out to the her family. She says her character developed confidence as a result of this story line.

“Now that she came out to her family, I think she is more comfortable with being herself since they were very accepting,” said Baker. “We’ve had a lot of character development between her and her mother.”

Baker says she wants to develop into film after the show is done. She says she is excited to branch into production as well.

Baker says filming is not done for the last season, but the final date is looming.
