Emma & Alex Watson create a unique gin for summer sipping

A magical gin has launched just in time for summer sipping! Wine and spirits consultant Renée Sferrazza along, with Alex Watson introduced us to Renasis Gin, founded by him and his sister, actress Emma Watson.

The EMMA

In a large wine glass filled with ice, add:
1 oz Renais Gin
0.35 oz Domaine Watson Chablis
0.7 oz elderflower syrup
0.7 oz lemon juice
2 dashes of Suze
Top with 2.8 oz soda water
Stir gently, serve
