Daru Therapy Centre is a family oriented counselling centre that opened its doors during the pandemic. They focus on individual and couples counselling, in nature, for people dealing with anxiety, trauma grief, depression.
The Quilt Rack is another great place to go to to focus on selfcare as quilting offers a great outlet for creativity. The Quilt Rack offers workshops for people who are beginners. The workshop is eight weeks long and in the end you will have completed a quilt top to take home.
India Village is a place that offers a variety of authentic Indian food, made with all different spices that are very beneficial for health. If you want to learn how to make Indian food at home, India Village also offers cooking classes.
The Spa on Wilson is a great place for self care. They offer plenty of services- including facials, mani/pedis and paraffin dips. They also sell great stocking stuffers made with all natural ingredients.
