Cozy, seasonal cocktails perfect for fall festivities

We are welcoming the fall season with cozy drinks to embrace the new season. Wine & spirits consultant Renée Sferrazza shared wine and cocktail ideas that have rich, warm flavours and seasonal ingredients that make them ideal for cozy fall gatherings.

Grant’s Crew Driver

60ml Grant’s Triple Wood
30ml Cranberry Juice
20ml Pink Grapefruit Syrup
20ml Lime Juice
Garnish: Charred Grapefruit Wedge

Glass: Old-Fashioned

Shake Grant’s Triple Wood, Cranberry Juice, Pink Grapefruit Syrup and Lime Juice over ice, then strain into an Old-Fashioned glass filled with Ice. Garish with a Charred Grapefruit Wedge for a smoky, aromatic finish.

Gibson’s Apple Pie Old Fashioned

2oz Gibson’s Finest Rare 12 Year Old
1oz Pure Apple Cider
0.5oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Pinch of Apple Pie Spice
2 Apple Slices

Glass: rocks

Mix all ingredients in a shaker over ice and stir well. Pour out over ice (a king cube would be awesome). Garnish with apple slices. If we’re feeling festive, garnish with a candy or caramel apple.
