Drinking more than three cups of coffee a month may lower your risk for the most common form of skin cancer.

Research finds moderate caffeine consumption is associated with a lower risk for basal cell carcinoma.

Other drinks and food high in caffeine, like tea, pop and chocolate, also lowered the risk for this form of cancer.

But the study found no link between caffeine and other types of skin cancer.
