The Canadian Football League has released its 2026 schedule, and the season will start in Hamilton on June 4th when the Tiger-Cats host Montreal. 2026 will also bring three changes to the CFL, including a modified rouge, a new 35-second play clock, and team benches on opposite sides of the field. Ticats legend Simoni Lawrence sat down with Rick to break it all down.
