‘Bully offers’ a buyer’s trump card in real estate market

Even though the weather is cool, the real estate market is heating up.

According to some we are currently in a seller’s market. That means some homes are receiving multiple offers because there’s a lack of inventory. Sean Cowan tells us about a term called “a bully offer”.
