Bulldogs Chat with left wing Ryan Humphrey
The Hamilton Bulldogs beat the Peterborough Petes Friday and lost to the Ottawa 67’s on Saturday. They remain in third spot in the East after fifteen games.
Left wing Ryan Humphrey joined us this morning for his first time on Bulldogs Chat. What does he prefer… scoring or assisting?
“I have to say [assisting],” said Humphrey. “It makes everyone happy…seeing everyone smile is definitely better than scoring solo goals.”
Humphrey is from Northville, Michigan, which is a small town that is around 30-40 minutes from Detroit. This made Humphrey a Detroit Red Wings fan growing up.
“I’ve always loved [hockey],” said Humphrey. “I’m excited everyday to go to the rink…as long as you love the game, you gotta keep playing.”
There is a special home game coming Saturday night. It is the Social Media Game on Nov. 20 at 7:00 p.m.
Fans get to decide what goes on the video board, the music played and what the host says by offering suggestions on the Bulldogs website. The deadline to send in suggestions is Wednesday at midnight.
