Book it down to the RBG for Telling Tales Festival

Celebrate and advocate for literacy at the Telling Tales Festival happening this week at the Royal Botanical Gardens.

Telling Tales was started as a way for children to meet the Canadian authors, illustrators and storytellers of the books they love and connect kids with books they had never heard of. Over the years the festival has grown into a two-day event at the Royal Botanical Gardens.

Emily Vukovic got a preview of the different events happening this weekend, including live music, puppet shows, interactive walks, and local artisans and vendors.

There is so much to see and do at this free festival, so head to the RBG and explore the magic at Hendrie Park.
