They are supposed to make dream vacations, the perfect March Break getaway for Canadians: floating hotels that cruise from port to port under the warm Caribbean sun.

Lately, though, those dreams have been turning into nightmares. For the second time this week a Carnival cruise liner is in trouble, the latest in a series of problems on the water. Melissa Raftis joins us with a look at the latest incident, and what effect all of this may be having on your vacation plans.
