It is often difficult to make New Year’s resolutions and actually stick to them. Personal concierge Tarra Stubbins joined us with 3 tips to actually hit your 2024 goals.

1. Create Monthly Habits: Choose 12 habits or challenges to help you create your own motivations. Make them realistic and easy to sustain and you will keep motivated.

2. Remember your focus: Focus on the why of what you are doing. This will help you keep motivated towards your goals.

3. End multi-tasking: There is really no such thing as multi-tasking, we can only think of one thing at a time. Stop trying to do many things at once. Focus on your monthly habits and stick to them rather than trying to do it all at once.
